About this product

This big brass turtle statue represents the Kurma Avatar of Lord Vishnu – the divine tortoise that, in the Samudra Manthan story, held Mount Mandara on its back. In Vastu Shastra and Feng Shui the turtle is a traditional symbol of slow, steady progress, and it is commonly kept at home or at the workplace for stability and long-term prosperity.

Product details

  • Material: brass
  • Size: big
  • Symbolism: Kurma Avatar of Lord Vishnu
  • Suitable for: homes, offices, shops and business premises
  • Preparation: energised before dispatch

Care

Dust with a soft dry cloth. To bring back the shine, clean occasionally with a mild brass cleaner or a little lemon and salt, then rinse and dry fully.

Brass naturally darkens with time, and slight variation in tone and finish is part of the metal's character.

Benefits
  • Wealth & Financial Stability — The turtle's Kurma energy creates an unshakeable financial foundation, attracting steady income and long-term prosperity
  • Vastu Dosha Removal — One of the most effective Vastu remedies for correcting financial Vastu defects without structural changes
  • Business Growth — Placed at a cash counter or office, it attracts high-value clients, business opportunities, and consistent revenue flow
  • Family Harmony & Longevity — The turtle symbolises long life and stability — its presence strengthens family bonds and protects all members
  • Debt Relief & Financial Clarity — Regular worship of the Brass Turtle removes Saturn-related financial blocks, reducing debt and improving cash flow
How to use
  • Unbox the statue with clean hands. Place it on a clean yellow cloth and offer a brief prayer to Lord Vishnu (Kurma Avatar), acknowledging his divine protective energy.
  • Identify the North direction of your home or office using a compass. Clean the surface thoroughly, place a small wooden chowki or clean plate, and position the turtle with its head UP and facing inward (tail toward the main door).
  • Fill a small plate with clean water and place the turtle on it — symbolising Kurma's cosmic ocean support. Add a pinch of yellow turmeric and a few cowrie shells to the water for amplified wealth activation.
  • Light incense (sandalwood or camphor) and chant 'Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya' 108 times, followed by 'Kurma Avataraya Namah' 21 times while facing North.
  • Change the water every Friday (Shukravar) and offer fresh marigold flowers. Acharya (Dr.) Lavbhushan recommends performing a full Gangajal Abhishek on Amavasya (new moon) for maximum financial protection and Vastu cleansing.
Where to use
  • North Wall of Home or Office — Primary Vastu placement for activating Kuber's wealth energy and financial growth
  • Cash Counter or Business Locker Room — Place turtle facing inward to attract money and prevent financial drain
  • Living Room (North Corner) — Stabilises family finances and brings long-term prosperity to all members
  • Study Room or Investment Corner — Activates slow, steady, compounding wealth growth for students and investors
  • Main Entrance (Inside, Facing Inward) — Turtle facing inward at the entrance pulls wealth energy into the home

FAQs

In Vedic tradition, the turtle (Kurma) is Lord Vishnu's second avatar — the divine tortoise that supported the universe during Samudra Manthan. In Vastu Shastra, a turtle statue is one of the most powerful remedies for financial stability, longevity, and slow but unstoppable wealth accumulation. It removes Vastu dosha and strengthens the earth element.
